Federal Non-Combustible Mantel Overview

The Federal Non-Combustible Mantel is Lexington Hearth's most architecturally detailed Architect Series shelf, designed to suit colonial, traditional, and historically-inspired interiors. The mantel features the signature elements of American Federal-style architecture: dentil molding running along the bottom edge, gentle curves at the front face, and delicate beading at the transitions. The cross-section is 6.5" deep by 5" tall, providing a generous display surface while keeping the historical proportions correct. This listing covers the non-combustible Burncrete™ version; the Federal is also available in a wood version under a separate listing.

Cast in patented non-combustible Burncrete™ and certified to ASTM E136, the Federal can be installed closer to a heat source than the wood version, making it suitable for installations where a TV is mounted above the firebox. Three hand-painted finishes are available: Luna (soft off-white with subtle silver-grey undertones, named for moonlight), Avocado (deep avocado green with muted olive undertones), and Raven (a saturated true black). Each kit includes mounting bracket, fasteners, and touch-up kit.

Warranty

Lexington Hearth 1-Year Limited Warranty: All Lexington Hearth mantels are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Coverage applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. If a defect is found, Lexington Hearth will repair the mantel if possible, or replace it with a new mantel of equal or greater value if it cannot be repaired. Mantels are individually hand-cast and hand-painted; minor variances in color, weight, and final dimensions are normal and not covered as defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, alteration, accidental damage, normal wear, or exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use. Lexington Hearth disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising out of breach of this warranty.
