Classic Beam Mantel Overview

The Classic Beam Mantel is Lexington Hearth's Architect Series take on a traditional smooth wood beam. Where the Bluegrass Collection mantels are heavily textured rustic recreations of salvaged timbers, the Classic offers a cleanly tailored profile suited to formal living rooms, hotel lobbies, and traditional architectural settings. The cross-section is a generous 8" deep by 4" tall, giving the mantel substantial visual weight while keeping the silhouette refined. A subtle wood-grain finish runs across the face and edges.

Cast in Lexington Hearth's proprietary non-combustible casting formulation and certified to ASTM E136, the Classic can be installed closer to a firebox than a real wood beam. This is particularly valuable in applications where a TV is mounted above a gas or electric fireplace, since clearances to combustibles dictate how high the screen must sit. Three hand-painted finishes are available (Mahogany, Walnut, and Honey Oak), each chosen to mimic a traditional sanded and stained oak beam. The kit includes mounting bracket and fasteners.

Warranty

Lexington Hearth 1-Year Limited Warranty: All Lexington Hearth mantels are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Coverage applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. If a defect is found, Lexington Hearth will repair the mantel if possible, or replace it with a new mantel of equal or greater value if it cannot be repaired. Mantels are individually hand-cast and hand-painted; minor variances in color, weight, and final dimensions are normal and not covered as defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, alteration, accidental damage, normal wear, or exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use. Lexington Hearth disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising out of breach of this warranty.
