Valcourt FP7D Antoinette Wood Fireplace
ValcourtFP7D Overview
The Valcourt FP7D Antoinette is a low-mass decorative wood-burning fireplace built around a signature guillotine glass door that slides under the hearth, paired with an integrated guillotine firescreen. The clean, sleek faceplate gives the Antoinette a modern look while preserving the experience of a traditional open hearth when the door is fully retracted. The Antoinette qualifies under Phase II of the EPA Voluntary Emissions Program for decorative wood fireplaces, with particulate emissions of 4.2 g/kg, meaning it produces roughly 70 percent fewer particulates than uncertified decorative fireplaces.
This is a Low Mass Phase II appliance designed for ambiance and supplemental heat, not as a primary heat source. The 18-inch maximum log length, 5.3 cu. ft. firebox, and 523 lb shipping weight place the Antoinette in a more compact footprint than the larger Frontenac. The base unit ships without trim or brick panels; both must be selected from the available accessory options to complete the install. Fireplace Insider ships the FP7D nationwide; professional installation by a certified hearth installer is required.

Warranty
Valcourt fireplaces are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty issued by Stove Builder International (SBI), the manufacturer of the Valcourt brand. The warranty is provided to the original retail purchaser at the original installation address and is non-transferable. Coverage begins on the date of purchase indicated on the invoice; if the invoice cannot be provided, the warranty period is determined by the date of manufacture stamped on the appliance. The original invoice must be retained as proof of purchase to claim warranty service.
Coverage applies to the firebox structure, body, and combustion components. Glass breakage from thermal stress is not covered, and the warranty excludes damage caused by improper installation, overfiring, use of fuel other than dry cordwood, normal wear of paint and refractory bricks, modifications to the appliance, and damage from chimney fires. Specific component warranty periods and exclusions are detailed in full in the owner's manual; review it before registering your warranty at valcourtinc.com. Optional electrical components such as blowers carry a shorter coverage period, typically two years on parts.
