EX42 Overview
The Napoleon Elevation X 42 is the premium offering in Napoleon's traditional gas fireplace lineup. A deeper-set firebox creates a more authentic full fire display, and the modulating ENDLESS EMBERS electric ember bed glows from every angle, mimicking real wood coals even when the flame is on a low setting. Three Ultra HD log set options (Driftwood, Split Oak, Birch) and ten decorative panel choices let the Elevation X be tailored to traditional, transitional, and contemporary interiors.
The Elevation X 42 produces up to 45,000 BTU on natural gas and 42,000 BTU on propane. A heat circulating blower with variable speed and thermostatic control is included standard, as is a premium safety screen and the ProFlame II eFire Wi-Fi controller with remote. The 42-inch viewing window measures 33" wide by 37 1/8" tall. Fireplace Insider ships the EX42 nationwide; professional installation by a licensed gas fitter is required.

Warranty
Napoleon backs this fireplace with the President's Limited Lifetime Warranty. The combustion chamber, heat exchanger, and stainless steel components carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser at the original installation site. Burners and aluminized steel components carry a 10-year limited warranty. Glass, gaskets, paint, plating, ceramic logs, electronic and electrical components, ignition modules, valves, switches, blowers, and remote control systems are covered for 1 year. Coverage is non-transferable and begins on the date of purchase by the original owner. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, unauthorized service, abuse, alteration, or use of fuel or components not specified by Napoleon. Labor is not included beyond the first year. Refer to the Napoleon owner's manual for the complete warranty terms.
