BHD4STG Overview

The Napoleon BHD4STGN Ascent Multi-View See-Through is the through-the-wall variant of the BHD4 family, with viewing on the front and back of the firebox. It works well as an interior wall feature shared between two rooms - common pairings include living room to bedroom, kitchen to dining, or master bath to bedroom. The STGN configuration uses the glass embers burner for a contemporary clean-line aesthetic.

Same 30,000 BTU output and millivolt ignition with battery back-up as the 3-sided BHD4PGN. Decorative panels for see-through installs require two sets (one per viewable side); pricing in the configurator reflects the pair. Tempered heat-resistant glass and safety screens are standard. The Modulating Valve Regulator option upgrades to remote-controlled flame modulation. NG is factory; W175-0383 converts to LP.

Warranty

The Napoleon President's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers original purchaser registration. Combustion chamber, heat exchanger, gas valve, ignitor and flame sensor are warranted for a limited lifetime. Aluminized parts (burner pan, heat shield, top brace) are warranted for 10 years. Glass thermal breakage is warranted for 5 years. Plated and painted parts (door overlay, louvers, plenum) are warranted for 2 years. Electrical components (blower, switches, wiring, ignition module) are warranted for 1 year. Coverage is for the original owner at the original installation address and is not transferable. Glass breakage by impact, normal wear, paint touch up, gold plating discoloration from cleaning, and consumable items including light bulbs and batteries are excluded. Coverage begins on the date of original installation, or for new construction the earlier of first occupancy or six months after retail purchase. Refer to the owner's manual for full warranty terms.
