B46 Overview

The Napoleon B46 is the largest unit in the standard Ascent family at 46 inches wide, sitting below the linear-style BL46 and the Premium BLP46. The B46 keeps the traditional rectangular front-facing aesthetic of the smaller Ascent units rather than the linear viewing of the BL family. The price book lists two B46 SKUs - both NG only at this size, with electronic IPI or Millivolt ignition. LP installs use the W175-0418 (electronic) or W175-0420 (millivolt) conversion kits at $95 each.

Framing is 47 1/2 inches wide by 38 inches tall by 17 1/2 inches deep. Standard equipment includes the safety barrier, included log set, Pan-style burner, and tempered glass. Decorative options match the B42 panel set with MIRRO-FLAME reflective panels and four brick panel patterns. Note: trim/surround options are more limited than smaller siblings - only the 3-inch Black Beveled Edge trim is available; the Wrought Iron surround is not offered for the 46-inch size in the current price book.

Warranty

The Napoleon President's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers original purchaser registration. Combustion chamber, heat exchanger, gas valve, ignitor and flame sensor are warranted for a limited lifetime. Aluminized parts (burner pan, heat shield, top brace) are warranted for 10 years. Glass thermal breakage is warranted for 5 years. Plated and painted parts (door overlay, louvers, plenum) are warranted for 2 years. Electrical components (blower, switches, wiring, ignition module) are warranted for 1 year. Coverage is for the original owner at the original installation address and is not transferable. Glass breakage by impact, normal wear, paint touch up, gold plating discoloration from cleaning, and consumable items including light bulbs and batteries are excluded. Coverage begins on the date of original installation, or for new construction the earlier of first occupancy or six months after retail purchase. Refer to the owner's manual for full warranty terms.
