BHD4PG Overview

The Napoleon BHD4PGN Ascent Multi-View 3-Sided is a peninsula-style direct vent gas fireplace with viewing on three sides, ideal for room-divider applications between living and dining areas or open-concept spaces. The PGN configuration ships with the glass embers burner for a contemporary clean-line aesthetic. Standard equipment includes a battery back-up control system, tempered heat-resistant glass on all three viewing sides, and a safety screen.

Up to 30,000 BTU on natural gas (LP conversion via W175-0383 kit). The Multi-View has two burner choices in the family - this glass version, and the Logs version (BHD4PN) - so the buyer chooses aesthetic at the time of order. Note that the BHD4 family uses millivolt ignition with battery back-up, not electronic IPI. For modulating flame control with a remote, the optional Modulating Valve Regulator (GD826N for NG or GD826P for LP) is available.

Warranty

The Napoleon President's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers original purchaser registration. Combustion chamber, heat exchanger, gas valve, ignitor and flame sensor are warranted for a limited lifetime. Aluminized parts (burner pan, heat shield, top brace) are warranted for 10 years. Glass thermal breakage is warranted for 5 years. Plated and painted parts (door overlay, louvers, plenum) are warranted for 2 years. Electrical components (blower, switches, wiring, ignition module) are warranted for 1 year. Coverage is for the original owner at the original installation address and is not transferable. Glass breakage by impact, normal wear, paint touch up, gold plating discoloration from cleaning, and consumable items including light bulbs and batteries are excluded. Coverage begins on the date of original installation, or for new construction the earlier of first occupancy or six months after retail purchase. Refer to the owner's manual for full warranty terms.
