BHD4P Overview

The Napoleon BHD4PN Ascent Multi-View 3-Sided is the log-burner variant of the BHD4 peninsula fireplace. The Logs configuration adds approximately $440 over the Glass version (BHD4PGN) and is the choice for buyers who want the traditional yellow-flame, log-and-ember appearance rather than the contemporary glass-bed look. Three-sided viewing makes this a strong room-divider unit between great rooms and dining areas.

Up to 30,000 BTU on natural gas with millivolt ignition and battery back-up. Tempered glass on all three sides and a standard safety screen. Optional decorative panels - MIRRO-FLAME reflective porcelain or Newport brick - dress the interior. The Modulating Valve Regulator option converts the standard control to a remote-controlled modulating system. NG is factory; W175-0383 converts to LP.

Warranty

The Napoleon President's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers original purchaser registration. Combustion chamber, heat exchanger, gas valve, ignitor and flame sensor are warranted for a limited lifetime. Aluminized parts (burner pan, heat shield, top brace) are warranted for 10 years. Glass thermal breakage is warranted for 5 years. Plated and painted parts (door overlay, louvers, plenum) are warranted for 2 years. Electrical components (blower, switches, wiring, ignition module) are warranted for 1 year. Coverage is for the original owner at the original installation address and is not transferable. Glass breakage by impact, normal wear, paint touch up, gold plating discoloration from cleaning, and consumable items including light bulbs and batteries are excluded. Coverage begins on the date of original installation, or for new construction the earlier of first occupancy or six months after retail purchase. Refer to the owner's manual for full warranty terms.
