The Pacific Energy Tofino Z25 is a zero-clearance direct-vent gas fireplace offered in two configurations - Standard (glass burner with painted metallic panels, logset and blower available as upgrades) and Premium (everything included: split logset, ember lights, blower, and painted metallic panels). The Standard is the lead-spec for budget-conscious installs; the Premium is the turnkey configuration for buyers who want the full experience without an accessory build-out.
Optional firebox panel upgrades are available - Ledgestone, Red Brick, Fluted Dark Grey, or Porcelain Black - for custom interior aesthetics. Ships factory-configured for natural gas; an LP conversion kit is available separately.

Warranty
Pacific Energy offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original consumer of the product, backed by Pacific Energy Fireplace Products Ltd. of Duncan, British Columbia.
Limited Lifetime (10 Years)
Pacific Energy warrants the firebox, heat exchanger, glass (thermal breakage only, not impact), and porcelain (gloss retention) for 10 years total: the first 3 years cover parts and labor, with the remaining 7 years covering parts only.
2-Year Comprehensive
Pacific Energy will repair or replace any part found to be defective (parts and labor) for 2 years from the date of purchase, including blowers, valves, burners, electrical switches, remote controls, and wiring.
Conditions and Exclusions
All installations must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with applicable local and national requirements and the appliance manual. Direction-change sediment traps must be installed within 6 feet of the gas control valve. The installer is responsible for confirming the appliance fires per the rating plate. Damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, lack of maintenance, or modification is excluded.
