The Pacific Energy Esprit L44 is a 44-inch linear zero-clearance direct-vent gas fireplace engineered for contemporary architectural integration. Ships complete with metal panels, glass media, top lighting, and remote control - a turnkey linear fireplace ready to install in framed openings. Optional upgrades include a Birchwood logset, halogen burner light kit, blower, and porcelain/fluted/ledgestone panel sets for custom aesthetics.

The Esprit's linear format makes it the natural choice for modern living rooms, media-wall installations, and architectural feature walls where a wide horizontal flame presentation reads as deliberate design rather than retrofit afterthought. Pacific Energy offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original consumer of the product, backed by Pacific Energy Fireplace Products Ltd. of Duncan, British Columbia.

Limited Lifetime (10 Years)

Pacific Energy warrants the firebox, heat exchanger, glass (thermal breakage only, not impact), and porcelain (gloss retention) for 10 years total: the first 3 years cover parts and labor, with the remaining 7 years covering parts only.

2-Year Comprehensive

Pacific Energy will repair or replace any part found to be defective (parts and labor) for 2 years from the date of purchase, including blowers, valves, burners, electrical switches, remote controls, and wiring.

Conditions and Exclusions

All installations must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with applicable local and national requirements and the appliance manual. Direction-change sediment traps must be installed within 6 feet of the gas control valve. The installer is responsible for confirming the appliance fires per the rating plate. Damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, lack of maintenance, or modification is excluded.
