BL36 Overview
The Napoleon BL36NTE-1 is the 36-inch entry in the Ascent Linear family, the Good tier in Napoleon's linear lineup that sits below the Better-tier Ascent Linear Premium and the Best-tier Vector. It ships with the Topaz CRYSTALINE ember bed standard, ProFlame II electronic ignition, battery back-up, and a stainless steel flex connector. Unlike the Ascent Linear Premium, the BL36 does not include a blower or NIGHT LIGHT as standard - they are available as add-on accessories.
Framing is 36 1/2 inches wide by 39 3/8 inches tall by 18 9/16 inches deep. Cement board sides allow non-combustible installation directly to the firebox edge. The 17,500 to 28,000 BTU natural gas burner pairs with optional UHM heat management for TV mounting above. NG is factory; W175-0636 converts to LP.

Warranty
The Napoleon President's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers original purchaser registration. Combustion chamber, heat exchanger, gas valve, ignitor and flame sensor are warranted for a limited lifetime. Aluminized parts (burner pan, heat shield, top brace) are warranted for 10 years. Glass thermal breakage is warranted for 5 years. Plated and painted parts (door overlay, louvers, plenum) are warranted for 2 years. Electrical components (blower, switches, wiring, ignition module) are warranted for 1 year. Coverage is for the original owner at the original installation address and is not transferable. Glass breakage by impact, normal wear, paint touch up, gold plating discoloration from cleaning, and consumable items including light bulbs and batteries are excluded. Coverage begins on the date of original installation, or for new construction the earlier of first occupancy or six months after retail purchase. Refer to the owner's manual for full warranty terms.
