E540d-6TAN Overview

The Fire Magic E540d-6TAN is the new 30-inch Echelon Diamond drop-in gas grill, designed to slot into outdoor kitchen cabinetry as a replacement for the older Echelon Diamond drop-in form factor. With 540 square inches of primary cooking area and 54,000 BTU output, the E540d combines the Echelon Diamond visual identity (sleek hood, modern black-glass-accented control panel) with a true drop-in cabinet profile.

The E540d-6TAN ships WITH a hood and includes interior halogen lights, an analog thermometer, and a black-glass-accented control panel. Electric spark ignition requires a 110V/120V supply. Optional rotisserie kit available separately. The 18-inch cabinet depth firebox provides full hood clearance; cut-out planning per the Fire Magic spec sheet is mandatory before island fabrication. The grill is configurable at order only by fuel type: natural gas or propane, both at the same MSRP.

Lifetime warranty on cast stainless steel burners, Diamond Sear cooking grids, and stainless steel housings. 15-year warranty on brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain housings, and backburner assemblies (excluding ignition parts). 5-year warranty on flavor grids and infrared burners. 3-year warranty on all other Fire Magic grill components (excluding ignition and electronic parts). 1-year warranty on ignition systems (excluding batteries), electronic components including lights and thermometers, and grill accessories. Labor coverage included for two (2) years up to $120. Warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and to single family residential use only.
