E660i Overview

The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660i is the entry into the Echelon Diamond family while keeping the 22-inch deep firebox and full feature set of its larger siblings. With 660 square inches across a 30-inch primary cooking area and 75,000 BTU from three cast stainless steel burners, the E660i fits standard 30-inch grill cutouts and is the right choice when island width is the constraint but premium build is non-negotiable. Echelon Diamond is the top tier of Fire Magic's three lines (Echelon, Aurora, Choice) and includes every premium feature in the catalog as standard: cast stainless steel "E" burners with lifetime warranty, patented Diamond Sear cooking grids, hot surface ignition, recessed infrared backburner with full rotisserie kit, modern black glass control panel, and angled halogen interior lights.

The E660i shares the same 22-inch firebox depth as the E790i and E1060i, so rotisserie clearance and warming rack capacity are not compromised at this size. It ships with a single 11,000 BTU recessed infrared backburner and rotisserie kit. This is the smallest Echelon Diamond built-in size, and the only Echelon size that fits the same 31-1/4" cutout as the Aurora A660 and the Echelon Pizza Oven and Gourmet Griddle, so a single island can be re-tooled across product types. The grill is configurable at order time across four axes: fuel type (natural gas or propane), thermometer (analog or digital underglass with Bluetooth), Magic View Window (optional, priced upgrade), and infrared sear burner in the left-hand position (no-charge factory option).
