A660i Overview

The Fire Magic Aurora A660i is the most popular Aurora built-in size and the model that fits the same 31-1/4-inch cutout as the Echelon E660i, the Aurora Pizza Oven, and the Aurora Gourmet Griddle. With 660 square inches of cooking area and 75,000 BTU from three cast stainless steel "E" burners, the A660i is sized for residential 30-inch grill openings and is one of only two Aurora sizes that offers the Magic View Window option. The Aurora line is Fire Magic's mid-tier collection, sharing the same cast stainless steel "E" burners, Diamond Sear cooking grids, hot surface ignition, and 304 stainless steel construction as the flagship Echelon Diamond, but at a lower price point. The trade-offs vs. Echelon are: analog thermometer only (no digital underglass option), polished trim instead of black-glass control panel, and the rotisserie backburner is a paid option rather than included.

The A660i shares the 22-inch firebox depth of its larger sibling A790i, so rotisserie clearance and warming rack capacity are not compromised at the 30-inch size. This is the smallest Aurora built-in to offer the optional Magic View Window. The grill is configurable at order time across multiple axes: fuel type (natural gas or propane), backburner with rotisserie kit (yes/no), and infrared sear burner in the left-hand position (yes/no). Lifetime warranty on cast stainless steel burners, Diamond Sear cooking grids, and stainless steel housings. 15-year warranty on brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain housings, and backburner assemblies (excluding ignition parts). 5-year warranty on flavor grids and infrared burners. 3-year warranty on all other Fire Magic grill components (excluding ignition and electronic parts). 1-year warranty on ignition systems (excluding batteries), electronic components including lights and thermometers, and grill accessories. Labor coverage included for two (2) years up to $120. Warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase and to single family residential use only.
