The Bull 30" Professional Griddle Drop-In is a flat-top griddle head sized for the same 30-inch island cutout as the Outlaw and Angus gas grills. Four burners deliver 60,000 BTU of total output across a chromium-plated griddle surface engineered for even heat distribution and versatile cooking, pancakes, smash burgers, fajitas, breakfast service, and teppanyaki-style cooking. Construction is 304 stainless steel.
The griddle is a complement to a gas grill in a multi-station outdoor kitchen, not a replacement. Customers building an outdoor kitchen island should plan a 30-inch cutout dedicated to the griddle alongside a separate cutout for their primary grill head. Standard equipment includes Piezo ignition, zinc knobs, and a stainless grease management system. Choose Natural Gas or Liquid Propane at order; both fuels ship with hose and regulator.
