BG-ANGUS-30 Overview
The Bull 30" Angus is the mid-tier flagship of the 30-inch drop-in grill heads and the most-installed Bull head in this size class. Four cast stainless steel burners and a 15,000 BTU infrared back burner deliver a combined 75,000 BTU across 575 square inches of cooking surface, with a 176 square inch warming rack. Standard equipment includes a stainless steel rotisserie motor with chrome-plated spit and forks, hood-mounted halogen lighting, Piezo ignition, and zinc knobs. Construction is 304 stainless steel, 14 gauge.
The Angus sits between the Outlaw (no back burner, no light, no rotisserie) and the Brahma (38-inch, five burners). Pick the Angus when the customer wants infrared searing, rotisserie, and grill lighting in the standard 30-inch island cutout. The Angus pairs with the 30" Pedestal Cart Bottom (45551) for cart installations and with the 30" Bull Premium Grill Head Cover (45005). Choose Natural Gas or Liquid Propane at order; both fuels ship with hose and regulator.
