TC36-Arch Overview

The TC36 Arch shares the TC36's framing footprint and 47,000 BTU performance but distinguishes itself with a barrel true-arch face, replicating the Rumford-style hearth found in fine period homes. Unlike louvered arch fireplaces, the TC36 Arch has no heavy external trim, so the surround can be finished in stone, tile, or any material that matches the architectural language of the room.

The Design-A-Fire system carries through unchanged: six burner styles, nine panel options, glass media, and a 12-inch classic andiron available as an accessory. Choose this body when the project calls for traditional period architecture and the rectangular TC36 face wouldn't suit the surround.

Warranty

Town & Country Luxury Fireplaces are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty issued by Pacific Energy, extended to the original purchaser of an authorized dealer.

Limited Lifetime Coverage (parts only): combustion chamber, burner tube assembly, glass (thermal breakage only), and porcelain finishes.

2-Year Comprehensive Coverage: all defective parts plus labor for two years from the original date of purchase.

Conditions: Installation must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with applicable local and national codes and the appliance manual. Sediment traps must be installed within 6 feet of the gas control valve. The installer is responsible for ensuring the appliance is firing as per the rating plate.

Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to components showing evidence of misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, or lack of maintenance. Town & Country is not responsible for mantels, surrounds, or finishing materials around the fireplace, nor for installation, operational, or environmental conditions beyond the manufacturer's control. Porcelain colors may darken when heated and return to original shade when cool; this is normal and not a defect. Special, indirect, or consequential damages are not covered.
