TC30 Overview
The Town & Country TC30 is the smallest body in the TC traditional family, engineered for bedrooms, sitting areas, and renovation projects where a full-size fireplace would overwhelm the space. The clean-face design eliminates louvers and exposed controls, giving the firebox a flush appearance against any wall finish.
Even at 30 inches, the TC30 carries the full Design-A-Fire customization system: six burner styles (Diamond, Tranquility, Country Home, Heartwood, Chalet, and Birchwood log set), nine firebox panel options across brick and porcelain, plus optional decorative glass media and a 10" classic andiron. The result is a small-format fireplace that looks bespoke rather than scaled-down.

Warranty
Town & Country Luxury Fireplaces are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty issued by Pacific Energy, extended to the original purchaser of an authorized dealer.
Limited Lifetime Coverage (parts only): combustion chamber, burner tube assembly, glass (thermal breakage only), and porcelain finishes.
2-Year Comprehensive Coverage: all defective parts plus labor for two years from the original date of purchase.
Conditions: Installation must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with applicable local and national codes and the appliance manual. Sediment traps must be installed within 6 feet of the gas control valve. The installer is responsible for ensuring the appliance is firing as per the rating plate.
Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to components showing evidence of misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, or lack of maintenance. Town & Country is not responsible for mantels, surrounds, or finishing materials around the fireplace, nor for installation, operational, or environmental conditions beyond the manufacturer's control. Porcelain colors may darken when heated and return to original shade when cool; this is normal and not a defect. Special, indirect, or consequential damages are not covered.
