VRE4336 Overview

The Superior VRE4336 is the 36-inch Custom Series outdoor vent-free traditional gas fireplace in the VRE4300 lineup, a step up from the Pro-tier VRE3200 with a substantially larger 28-inch tall opening, hidden screen pockets, and an integrated low-profile vent-free ceramic fiber log set. The fireplace ships as a complete outdoor system: detailed ceramic fiber logs, stainless steel grate and facing, electronic ignition, and stainless mesh fire screens are all standard. Choose between White Stacked or White Herringbone refractory panels at order time.

This is a vent-free system - no chimney required. VRE4336 delivers 50,000 BTU on natural gas or 46,000 BTU on liquid propane. Optional accessories include the 36LBFOD-BS brushed stainless outdoor bi-fold door with frame and hoods (note: cannot be combined with the optional weather cover when installed), the 36-EODC stainless steel weather cover, the ODGHK36 brushed stainless deluxe hood kit, and the DPSS36 drain pan. Listed to OMNI standard 116-F-41-5. OUTDOOR USE ONLY.

Outdoor use only. This is a complete vent-free outdoor gas fireplace system that ships with logs (or glass media on the linear models), burner, gas valve, electronic ignition, and wireless remote control. No chimney is required. However, this fireplace is NOT approved for indoor installation under any circumstances. The optional Stainless Steel Outdoor Weather Cover is strongly recommended for off-season protection from rain, snow, and debris.

The Superior VRE Outdoor Vent-Free Systems carry Innovative Hearth Products' 20-year limited warranty on the firebox body, covering parts and labor when installed by a listed IHP supplier. Refractory panels, ceramic fiber logs, and ceramic glass carry a 1-year warranty against thermal breakage. Stainless steel facing, log grates, mesh screens, glass media, LED lighting, and accessories carry a 1-year warranty. Burner, gas controls, electronic ignition, and remote controls carry a 1-year warranty. Coverage begins at the date of installation and is non-transferable. Damage from abuse, accident, improper installation, normal wear, weather exposure beyond design, or unauthorized modification is not covered. Proof of purchase required.

OUTDOOR USE ONLY. These vent-free gas fireplaces are listed for outdoor application only and may not be installed indoors. Vent-free outdoor systems are restricted in some jurisdictions; verify local code compliance before purchase. While the vent-free design eliminates the need for a chimney, ANSI Z21.97 / OMNI listings apply only when installed and operated per manufacturer instructions.
