DRT2033 Overview

The Superior DRT2033 is a 33-inch compact traditional direct vent gas fireplace built for smaller rooms, alcoves, and spaces where a slim 14-1/2 inch framing depth is needed. The louverless heat-circulating firebox features a detailed Aged Oak ceramic fiber log set, tempered glass with protective barrier screen, and a black painted interior. As Superior's Merit Series entry-level traditional, it offers true value pricing without giving up the core performance and PFS safety listings of the larger DRT family.

The DRT2033 ships in four factory configurations covering Top Vent and Rear Vent flue options for both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane. Electronic ignition with seamless battery backup is standard, keeping the fireplace operable during a power outage. Optional accessories include three blower kits (FBK-100, FBK-200, FBK-250), Touch Screen and LCD remote controls, wall switches, and the SV4.5HTKCT compact horizontal termination kit for tight venting situations. Mobile home approved when installed per the manual.

Warranty

The Superior DRT Series carries Innovative Hearth Products' 20-year limited warranty on the firebox and body, covering parts and labor when installed by a listed IHP supplier. Glass is covered for 5 years against thermal breakage. Electrical components, fans, switches, and accessories carry a 1-year warranty. Paint, plating, and finish are excluded. Vent components, trim components, and parts not manufactured by IHP are warranted only as supplied by their respective manufacturers. Coverage begins at the date of installation and is non-transferable. Damage from abuse, accident, improper installation, normal wear, or unauthorized modification is not covered. Proof of purchase required.
