Real Fyre G21 Contemporary Glass Burner Overview

The Real Fyre G21 is RH Peterson's contemporary vent-free burner family, engineered for designers who want a modern fire presentation without traditional logs. The 304 stainless steel burner pan supports tempered Fyre Glass, reflective Fyre Glass, or Fyre Gems media (sold by color in 10 lb packages). The burner ships with a pre-assembled ON/OFF remote-ready control valve, ODS pilot, polished reflective panel, and stainless trim ring.

Available in 18-inch (30,000 BTU NG / 27,000 BTU LP), 24-inch (35,000 BTU NG / 30,000 BTU LP), and 30-inch (40,000 BTU NG / 35,000 BTU LP) sizes. The pricebook specifies media coverage requirements: 7.5 lbs for the 18-inch, 10 lbs for the 24-inch, and 15 lbs for the 30-inch. The 10 lb media package included via this listing fully covers the 24-inch installation; 30-inch buyers should order an additional 5 lb of matching media as a separate add-on. RH Peterson backs Real Fyre vent-free burner systems with the following limited warranty terms:

• Vent-free refractory ceramic gas logs: lifetime warranty, original purchaser, indoor use only.
• Vent-free fiber-ceramic blended gas logs: 5 years, indoor use.
• Indoor gas log burners and stainless steel burners (excluding controls): 10 years.
• Outdoor stainless steel burners (excluding controls): 5 years.
• Glass, gems, and nuggets media: 10 years.
• SPK-26 control: 3 years.
• APK-17 valve: 2 years.
• All other valves, pilots, and controls (excluding batteries): 1 year.

Coverage is provided by Robert H. Peterson Co. and applies from the date of original retail purchase. Warranty service requires proof of purchase from an authorized Real Fyre dealer. Damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, or use of non-Real Fyre parts voids the warranty.
