5660-B Overview
The Morsø 5660 B is a non-catalytic wood burning fireplace insert built around a 4-sided picture-frame face and an oversized viewing window that the brand markets as a 'window of fire.' Maximum heat output is 43,499 BTU/hr and the 5660 B heats areas up to 2,200 sq. ft., making it the largest wood-burning unit in the Morsø lineup and well-suited to large open-plan living rooms or whole-home zone heating from a primary fireplace.
The 5660 B is offered in two factory configurations. The Standard configuration ships without blower compatibility. The Blower configuration includes the housing and wiring for an optional blower (the insert is tested with a Fasco B22508 blower). Both configurations accept the 5660 outside air kit (sold separately) and are mobile home approved. Trim kits are available in 3-sided and 4-sided wide configurations to fit a range of existing masonry openings. The cast iron body uses 98% recycled material and carries the Nordic Swan Eco-label.

Warranty
Morsø Jernstøberi A/S provides a 10-year warranty on cast iron components against material and manufacturing defects, and a 5-year warranty on sheet iron stove components. Wear parts (vermiculite bricks, springs, baffles, base/front/riddling grates, glass) carry a 6-month warranty. Steel chimneys are warranted for 2 years. Morsø supplies spare parts for up to 10 years after a stove type is discontinued. The warranty period begins from the date of sale and does not cover damage from incorrect installation, overheating, firing with the wrong fuel, draft problems, or chimney faults.
