2B-STANDARD Overview
The Morsø 2B Standard 2020 is the modern continuation of the 1930s Morsø Forest Wood Stove, an iconic long-firebox cast iron design built for cabins, hunting lodges, and rural living. The 2B Standard accommodates logs up to 17 inches long in its oblong combustion chamber and produces enough output to heat areas up to 1,200 sq. ft. with a maximum heat output of 25,299 BTU/hr.
An air-washed glazed door provides an unobstructed view of the fire, and Morsø's tertiary air supply combined with pre-heated combustion air delivers low emissions and meets EPA 2020 requirements. Standard equipment includes a riddling grate, ash tray, and ashpan. The 2B Standard 2020 ships with the 25 cm leg package; 10 cm and 15 cm leg packages are available separately. Eligible for the 25C Federal tax credit at qualifying installations.

Warranty
Morsø Jernstøberi A/S provides a 10-year warranty on cast iron components against material and manufacturing defects, and a 5-year warranty on sheet iron stove components. Wear parts (vermiculite bricks, springs, baffles, base/front/riddling grates, glass) carry a 6-month warranty. Steel chimneys are warranted for 2 years. Morsø supplies spare parts for up to 10 years after a stove type is discontinued. The warranty period begins from the date of sale and does not cover damage from incorrect installation, overheating, firing with the wrong fuel, draft problems, or chimney faults.
