GLASSBRN-30/12-H Overview

The Grand Canyon GLASSBRN-30/12-H is the popular production size in the Vented Contemporary Glass Burner family for indoor use. The H-style configuration places parallel burner tubes in an H pattern across a 12-inch-wide H-pattern burner pan that produces a flat, contemporary flame line designed to be nestled in reflective fire glass, lava granules, or decorative cannonball media. At 30 inches it is sized for indoor masonry and contemporary-design fireboxes where modern aesthetics matter and a traditional log set would feel out of place.

This product can be ordered three ways above: as a loose burner (no controls, you supply or pair separately with a Grand Canyon control system), or assembled with one of three remote control systems (Millivolt with GCRK Remote, Modulating Millivolt, or Battery Electronic Ignition with GCRK Remote). The loose burner ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included, while assembled options are factory-configured for either NG or LP at order time. Above you can also configure your media (lava rock, granules, lava pebbles, or fire glass) and add decorative cannonballs in 2-inch, 4-inch, or 6-inch sizes in your choice of black, gray, or white. Ceramic-coated carbon steel chassis with welded burner tubes, designed for indoor installation. Fireplace Insider ships the GLASSBRN-30/12-H nationwide. Installation must be performed by a licensed gas fitter, and for outdoor installations the unit must be installed under a covered patio per the manufacturer's outdoor installation requirements.

Warranty

The Glass Burner carries a multi-component warranty issued by Grand Canyon Gas Logs to the original purchaser:

• Carbon steel burner (ceramic coated): Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed indoors and by a professional installer. Domestic burners installed outdoors carry a one-year warranty. Black paint color, sheen, and finish are not covered.
• Valves, pilot assemblies, and electrical components (when assembled with controls): Two-year warranty against defects from date of purchase when installed indoors, one-year outdoors. Batteries are not covered. Warranty applies only when used with Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners and the manufacturer-supplied control system.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and require documentation of purchase or installation date. Coverage does not include breakage from excessive handling once installed and fired, improper installation, or weather damage on indoor-rated components. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, the Grand Canyon Gas Logs Technical Service Department must be contacted to diagnose and validate the faulty or defective part. An approved warranty claim qualifies for a $65 labor credit (single occurrence, single trip) applied to the dealer/distributor account.
