GLASSBRN-30/12-H-SS Overview

The Grand Canyon GLASSBRN-30/12-H-SS is the popular production size in the Vented Contemporary Glass Burner family for outdoor use. The H-style configuration places parallel burner tubes in an H pattern across a 12-inch-wide H-pattern burner pan that produces a flat, contemporary flame line designed to be nestled in reflective fire glass, lava granules, or decorative cannonball media. At 30 inches it is sized for outdoor fireplaces, fire pits, and three-season rooms where modern aesthetics matter and a traditional log set would feel out of place.

At 30 inches this size is offered as a loose burner only, no factory-assembled remote-control configuration is available from Grand Canyon for this size. The burner ships NG-configured with an LP conversion kit included. Above you can configure your media (lava rock, granules, lava pebbles, or fire glass) and add decorative cannonballs in 2-inch, 4-inch, or 6-inch sizes in your choice of black, gray, or white. To add ignition controls, order a separate Grand Canyon control valve assembly (Millivolt MVK-GCRK, Modulating Millivolt MMVR, or Battery Electronic MVKEI-GCRK) and have it installed by your gas fitter. 304-grade stainless steel construction throughout, designed to withstand outdoor weather, sun exposure, and seasonal temperature swings. Installation must be performed by a licensed gas fitter, and for outdoor installations the unit must be installed under a covered patio per the manufacturer's outdoor installation requirements.

Warranty

The Glass Burner carries a multi-component warranty issued by Grand Canyon Gas Logs to the original purchaser:

• Stainless steel burner: Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed indoors, in an outdoor fireplace, or in an outdoor type room (such as two, three, or three-season rooms), and by a professional installer. Stainless steel finishes brown and age after burning, this is normal and not a warranty defect.
• Valves, pilot assemblies, and electrical components (when assembled with controls): Two-year warranty against defects from date of purchase when installed indoors, one-year outdoors. Batteries are not covered. Warranty applies only when used with Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners and the manufacturer-supplied control system.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and require documentation of purchase or installation date. Coverage does not include breakage from excessive handling once installed and fired, improper installation, or weather damage on indoor-rated components. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, the Grand Canyon Gas Logs Technical Service Department must be contacted to diagnose and validate the faulty or defective part. An approved warranty claim qualifies for a $65 labor credit (single occurrence, single trip) applied to the dealer/distributor account.
