The Bull Bison is a 30-inch built-in charcoal grill, the only charcoal head in the Bull stocked drop-in program. Construction is high-quality 304 stainless steel throughout, with an adjustable charcoal basket that lets the cook set the level of direct heat by raising or lowering the fuel bed. The Bison is designed to drop into a 30-inch island cutout, sharing the same physical footprint as the Outlaw, Angus, and Lonestar Select gas heads.

Bull positions the Bison for grillers who want the authentic flavor and high-heat searing of charcoal cooking inside a built-in installation. The adjustable charcoal tray and stainless steel construction are the defining features at this price point. There is no gas assist, no rotisserie, and no hood lighting, this is a deliberately simple charcoal grill. Pair with Bull's Competition Blend Charcoal (sold separately) for the intended flavor profile, and with the Bison Head Premium Cover (sold separately) for outdoor protection.

Lifetime warranty on the firebox. Two-year warranty on stainless steel components against defects in materials and workmanship.
