DVC28IN Overview

The White Mountain Hearth Innsbrook Large direct vent insert is built for homeowners who want to convert an existing fireplace into a sealed gas insert. This large size uses 16 1/8 H x 31 1/4 W ceramic glass, 3 x 3 flex, and a minimum fireplace opening of 23 1/2 H x 34 1/4 W x 16 5/8 D. The unit is sold in millivolt and intermittent pilot versions with natural gas or liquid propane fuel choices.

The base insert includes the log set and blower. A surround is still required to finish the installation, and liners, fronts, bottom covers, remotes, and conversion kits can be added based on the project. Warranty

Empire Comfort Systems handles warranty through the selling dealer. The installation manual states that warranty service requires a qualified dealer, that annual service documentation may be reviewed during a warranty request, and that improper installation, modification, damaged components, incorrect log or accessory placement, or use of unapproved parts can void the warranty.
