The Summerset SBG30 Resort is built for shared outdoor spaces, apartment communities, condos, and customers who want a durable grill that does not require electrical power. Natural Gas and Liquid Propane are factory options, and the model focuses on secure everyday use with anti-theft knobs, heavy-duty 9mm grates, flame thrower ignition, and a simple two-burner layout.
The Resort 30" size uses a compact built-in footprint with a 28 1/4" W x 10" H x 23" D cutout and is designed for outdoor island installations where reliability and serviceability matter more than lighting or rotisserie features. The LP conversion kit is included, and the no-power design can simplify commercial-friendly or multi-family installations.
