The Real Fyre G31 is the Premier Series 3-tiered burner system, distinguished by its advanced multi-tier flame design and porcelainized reflective front panel. This listing pairs the G31 with the exclusive Mountain Crest Oak (MCO) and Mountain Crest Split Oak (MCS) log styles, both hand-crafted to match the G31's tiered flame architecture.

Sizes span 18/20, 24/30, and 33/39 inch fireboxes, accommodating logs up to 39 inches. Five control options range from match-lit (NG only) up to electronic variable flame (-2VT). The G31 ships ANSI-certified with custom grate, Bryte Coals, Glowing Embers, sand or vermiculite, connector kit, and damper clamp.

Warranty

RH Peterson backs Real Fyre vented decorative gas appliances with the following limited warranty terms:

  • Vented refractory ceramic gas logs: lifetime warranty for indoor use, 3 years for outdoor use, original purchaser.
  • Vented fiber-ceramic blended gas logs: 5 years indoor, 3 years outdoor.
  • Indoor vented gas log burners and stainless steel burners (excluding controls): 10 years.
  • Outdoor vented stainless steel burners (excluding controls): 5 years.
  • Glass, gems, and nuggets media: 10 years.
  • SPK-26 control kit: 3 years.
  • APK-17 valve (including -17 valve): 2 years.
  • All other valves, pilots, and controls (excluding batteries): 1 year.

Coverage is provided by Robert H. Peterson Co. and applies to original purchasers in the US or Canada with proof of purchase from an authorized Real Fyre dealer. Warranty applies to single-family residential use, operated and maintained per the owner's manual. Damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, or use of non-Real Fyre parts voids the warranty.
