Neo 1.6 / 2.5 LE2 Contemporary Wood Insert Overview
The Pacific Energy Neo LE2 Insert series brings contemporary, vertically-oriented styling to the fireplace-insert category. Two sizes - Neo 1.6 LE2 Insert (1.6 c/f) and Neo 2.5 LE2 Insert (2.5 c/f) - pair the field-proven Pacific Energy firebox technology with a modern face that emphasizes the flame view rather than fitting in.
Both sizes ship with a built-in blower and accept your choice of front trim (Metallic Black or Stainless Steel) and backing plate (Regular or Oversize, Metallic Black). EPA 2020 certified.

Pacific Energy offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original consumer of the product, backed by Pacific Energy Fireplace Products Ltd. of Duncan, British Columbia.
Limited Lifetime (10 Years)
Limited lifetime coverage (parts only) is extended to the porcelain finish, glass (thermal breakage only, not impact), plating, firebox, and baffle.
3-Year Comprehensive
Pacific Energy will replace or repair any part found to be defective (parts and labor) for three years from the date of purchase. This coverage includes electrical components such as blowers, speed controls, and thermal switches.
Conditions and Exclusions
All installations must be performed in accordance with applicable local and national codes, and it is the responsibility of the installer to confirm correct operation at installation. Lifetime parts coverage excludes labor charges. Firebox rails, heat shields, firebrick, gaskets, and ceramic fiber blankets are not warranted. Damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, or lack of maintenance is excluded.
