NZ5000-T Overview
The Napoleon High Country 5000 is a large clean-face wood-burning fireplace built around a 30-pound firebox capacity and the patented ZERO GRAVITY door system. The counterbalanced screen and ceramic glass door operate independently and glide up behind the wall, giving you the choice of a screened open-hearth experience, a glass-fronted radiant heater, or anything in between, all from the same unit.
This is a zero-clearance EPA-qualified factory-built fireplace, designed to be installed against combustible framing and finished with non-combustible materials down to the listed clearances. It ships with steel andirons in charcoal finish and heat-resistant gloves; decorative brick panels and the air-cooled chimney starter are sold separately. Fireplace Insider ships nationwide.

Warranty
This Napoleon wood-burning fireplace is covered by the President's Limited Lifetime Warranty. Coverage applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address and is subject to the terms set out in Napoleon's warranty document. Key points:
- Lifetime: combustion chamber and heat exchanger against thermal failure
- 10 years (parts and labor in years 1-2; parts only in years 3-10): door frames, blower motors, electrical components
- 5 years: ceramic glass against thermal breakage
- 1 year: gaskets, paint, plating, refractory brick, decorative panels, andirons, gloves and other accessories supplied with the fireplace
- Excluded: damage from improper installation, burning of inappropriate fuels (coal, scrap, treated wood, etc.), modifications, abuse, accident, or use of non-Napoleon replacement parts
- Warranty is non-transferable and begins at date of purchase
