OR52-MULTI-V2 Overview

The Modern Flames Orion V2 Multi is the flagship of the Orion lineup, built around HELIOVISION LCD flame technology with an 18" tall viewing area, three flame patterns (wood, gas, hybrid), six flame colors, and a 10-color ember bed. Version 2 adds the Modern Flames+ app with over-the-air flame updates, a TruWood lit log set with an active ember bed, and an enhanced premium audio system with Bluetooth streaming and three ambient crackling sound options. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Alexa, and Google Home are all supported out of the box.

The Multi is the right Orion choice when the design calls for more than a flat single-sided view. The unit ships with side panels that can be removed to convert between front-facing built-in, left or right corner, and three-sided bay configurations. A 10,000 BTU heater is standard. Indoor and outdoor rated. Fireplace Insider ships the 52" model nationwide; professional installation is recommended for built-in and bay configurations.

Warranty

Modern Flames warrants this electric fireplace and its component parts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Labor coverage is included for the first twelve (12) months. The warranty covers parts and components against manufacturing defects when the unit has been installed and operated in accordance with the owner's manual. Repair or replacement is at the option of Modern Flames; the warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Excluded from coverage: consumable items such as bulbs and fuses; damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, poor handling, operation with an incorrect power source, or installation that does not conform to the owner's manual; and any product that has been altered. Defects must be reported to the Modern Flames Technical Service Department with proof of purchase, model number, and serial number.
