Overview
The Crosby Wood Mantel Shelf is a wall-mounted wood shelf mantel from the Hearth & Home Technologies Fireside Finishings collection, featuring a contemporary three-step shelf profile. It is sized to sit cleanly above the fireplace opening and provide a finished cap for the surround without the full leg-and-shoulder footprint of a flush mantel. Available in 48-inch, 59-inch, and 72-inch lengths to suit the firebox width and the room scale.
Finishes include Primed MDF (paint-ready) and Unfinished Maple (stain-ready). Custom factory-stained variants (Provincial, New Gray, Whitewash, Ebony) are available through the dealer order desk with a $300 / $310 / $320 upcharge for 48 / 59 / 72-inch shelves respectively. The shelf installs to standard wood framing per the HHT recommended-clearance reference sheet for the matched fireplace; consult the model-specific install instructions for minimum clearance from the firebox top to the underside of the shelf.

Warranty
Hearth & Home Technologies Fireside Finishings mantels and stone surrounds carry a Limited One-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase from an authorized HHT dealer. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, finishing or staining performed after delivery, normal wear, or transit damage. Custom-stained, custom-sized, and non-stock items are non-cancellable and final sale. The customer is responsible for freight on orders shipped outside the assigned RDC service area. Warranty claims must be submitted through the original dealer with proof of purchase and photographs of the defect. This warranty is non-transferable.
