LDB36L Overview

The Grand Canyon LDB36L is the entry / mid-size in the Bedrock Contemporary Linear Drop-in family. The 36-inch length pairs a Bedrock burner pan with addressable RGB ember LED lighting and SIT Proflame II controls in a clean linear geometry that drops directly into trough-style masonry fireplaces or contemporary-designed factory fireboxes. At 45,000 BTU on natural gas, the 36-inch produces a continuous flame line across the burner pan that suits modern interior styling without the visual weight of a traditional log set.

The Bedrock Contemporary is purpose-built for modern interiors. The drop-in design fits trough-style masonry fireplaces and contemporary-designed wood-burning fireboxes with a 15 inch minimum depth requirement. The LDB36L ships with the case, burner, SIT Proflame II controls and handheld remote, addressable RGB LED ember lighting with IR remote and WiFi app, rating plate, install manual, flex line, and fittings. Lava rock or 1/2 inch reflective fire glass is required (selectable above or sold separately). Decorative cannonballs or linear Western Driftwood logs are optional and selectable above. Fireplace Insider ships the LDB36L nationwide. Installation must be performed by a licensed gas fitter into a fireplace approved for solid-fuel burning, with a working flue.

Warranty

The Bedrock Series carries a multi-component warranty issued by Grand Canyon Gas Logs to the original purchaser:

• Burner: Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects when installed indoors by a professional installer; one-year warranty if installed outdoors. Black paint color, sheen, and discoloration from use are not covered.
• Ceramic refractory logs (sold separately): Lifetime warranty when installed indoors; two to five-year warranty when installed outdoors depending on log type. Color fading from normal use is not covered.
• SIT Proflame II valve, pilot assembly, electronic ignition, and LED system: Two-year warranty against defects from date of purchase when installed indoors; one-year when installed outdoors. Batteries are not covered. Warranty applies only when used with Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners and logs.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and require documentation of purchase or installation date. Coverage does not include breakage from excessive handling once installed and fired, improper installation, or weather damage on indoor-rated components. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, the Grand Canyon Gas Logs Technical Service Department must be contacted to diagnose and validate the faulty or defective part. An approved warranty claim qualifies for a $65 labor credit (single occurrence, single trip) applied to the dealer/distributor account.
