JUMBOSLIMBRNR-72 Overview

The Grand Canyon JUMBOSLIMBRNR-72 is the special-order largest size in the Jumbo Slimline family of vented gas log burners. The Slimline configuration uses an 18-inch-deep burner pan that fits a 21-inch-deep firebox, three inches less than the Jumbo Front View. This makes the Slimline a fit for shallower factory-built fireboxes and for new-construction masonry where wall depth is constrained. At 72 inches the Slimline produces 240,000 BTU on natural gas, equivalent output to its 24-inch-deep counterpart in the same size.

The Slimline is also the burner that fits Isokern Magnum Series 18-inch-deep fireplaces, which is one of the most common factory-built masonry options for high-end residential construction. This unit ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included for liquid propane installations. The kit is field-installed by your gas fitter (consult the LP conversion chart). All Slimline burners are compatible with Grand Canyon Jumbo Slimline AWO log sets sized 72 inches. The kit ships with the burner, lava rock, glowing embers, flex line with fitting, and damper clamp. Logs and control system are sold separately. Fireplace Insider ships the JUMBOSLIMBRNR-72 nationwide. Installation must be performed by an NFI-certified or otherwise qualified gas professional.

Warranty

The Jumbo Series carries a multi-component warranty issued by Grand Canyon Gas Logs to the original purchaser:

• Carbon steel burner (ceramic coated): Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed indoors and by a professional installer. Domestic burners installed outdoors carry a one-year warranty. Black paint color, sheen, and finish are not covered.
• Refractory logs (sold separately or above): Lifetime warranty when installed indoors against manufacturer defects or breakage; five-year warranty when installed outdoors. Color fading from use is not covered. Breakage from excessive handling once installed and fired is not covered.
• Valves, pilot assemblies, and electrical components (if purchased): Two-year warranty against defects from date of purchase when installed indoors, one-year outdoors. Batteries are not covered. Warranty applies only when used with Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners and logs.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and require documentation of purchase or installation date. Coverage does not include breakage from excessive handling once installed and fired, improper installation, or weather damage on indoor-rated components. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, the Grand Canyon Gas Logs Technical Service Department must be contacted to diagnose and validate the faulty or defective part. An approved warranty claim qualifies for a $65 labor credit (single occurrence, single trip) applied to the dealer/distributor account.
