JUMBOBRNR-120 Overview

The Grand Canyon JUMBOBRNR-120 is the extra-large special-order size in the Jumbo Front View family of vented gas log burners. At 120 inches it is available as a custom build with a 3-4 week lead time, suited for commercial installations and luxury great rooms. The Jumbo Front View burner is built on a 24-inch-deep ceramic-coated steel chassis with welded burner tubes and produces a substantial flame profile sized to fill an open-front masonry firebox. At 500,000 BTU on natural gas it is one of the highest-output non-stainless gas log burners in production.

This burner ships configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included for installations requiring liquid propane. The kit is field-installed by your gas fitter and consists of a brass orifice and air mixer assembly sized for 450,000 BTU on LP. All Jumbo Front View burners are compatible with Grand Canyon Jumbo AWO log sets sized 120 inches and are available with separately-purchased SIT, Honeywell, or Dexen control systems including manual, millivolt, and battery electronic ignition. The kit ships with the burner, lava rock, glowing embers, flex line with fitting, and damper clamp. Logs and control system are sold separately. Fireplace Insider ships the JUMBOBRNR-120 nationwide. Installation must be performed by an NFI-certified or otherwise qualified gas professional.

Warranty

The Jumbo Series carries a multi-component warranty issued by Grand Canyon Gas Logs to the original purchaser:

• Carbon steel burner (ceramic coated): Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed indoors and by a professional installer. Domestic burners installed outdoors carry a one-year warranty. Black paint color, sheen, and finish are not covered.
• Refractory logs (sold separately or above): Lifetime warranty when installed indoors against manufacturer defects or breakage; five-year warranty when installed outdoors. Color fading from use is not covered. Breakage from excessive handling once installed and fired is not covered.
• Valves, pilot assemblies, and electrical components (if purchased): Two-year warranty against defects from date of purchase when installed indoors, one-year outdoors. Batteries are not covered. Warranty applies only when used with Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners and logs.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and require documentation of purchase or installation date. Coverage does not include breakage from excessive handling once installed and fired, improper installation, or weather damage on indoor-rated components. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, the Grand Canyon Gas Logs Technical Service Department must be contacted to diagnose and validate the faulty or defective part. An approved warranty claim qualifies for a $65 labor credit (single occurrence, single trip) applied to the dealer/distributor account.
