The Dimplex Nova Multi-Fire XHD is a plug-in electric firebox engineered for clean, hassle-free installation in mantels, media cabinets, custom surrounds, or existing fireplace openings. A thin black glass surround frames vivid, high-contrast Multi-Fire XHD LED flames that stay bright and lifelike day or night. Because there's no gas line, flue, or venting required, the Nova is the fastest way to bring premium fireplace ambiance to rentals, remodels, bedrooms, basements, and media walls.
This model ships with Realogs — hand-finished inner-glow logs molded from meticulously selected charred hardwood and positioned against a rear mirror to maximize the illusion of depth and the appearance of burning firewood. Select red or blue flame highlights to customize the look, or enjoy glowing logs and embers without flames.
Operate the flame effect with or without heat for year-round ambiance. The powerful fan-forced heater warms spaces up to 1,000 sq. ft. and is controlled by hidden capacitive touch controls on the front face, or via the included multi-function remote. A built-in 8-hour timer, adjustable flame speed, adjustable brightness, and selectable ember-bed accent colors let you dial in the perfect mood.
